Ein Mantra (man &#8211; Geist, tra &#8211; durchschneiden) ist ein kurzer Satz, der uns hilft, den Gedankenstrom zu durchschneiden. Ein ganz einfaches, aber sehr wirkungsvolles Mantra ist &#8222;Lass los&#8220; und das verbindet man mit dem Atem.
