Did you enjoy the dance meditation yesterday?
Today is a new day and I offer you another form of meditation… if you like dynamic forms of meditation you may like this one as well. This meditation also includes movement and is called Walking Meditation. As I seem to say quite often, it is one of my favorite ways to meditate as it moves my body outside in nature. Step by step, simply one foot in front of the other, you walk, you feel your feet on the ground, you notice what is happening within you and what is happening around you while you walk along your path, the chosen one on that particular day and your path in life in general.
