As everyone can feel now, we are in the middle of a global, collective change. A change that is simply part of our human evolution. This change is inevitable so the best we can do is relax into it.
Change in and of itself does not create fear. Change means we are moving from one state to the next. It can be a catalyst that brings up old fears and unresolved traumas. This change has a very mutative and transformative nature, meaning it can happen very abruptly, often unexpectedly, from one moment to the next. The unexpected cannot be foreseen in detail. You can glimpse dynamics or short term details yet the big picture will unfold more and more. No one knows how it will exactly play out because each individual can react in different ways each moment and each individual decision can bring about something else. What we can do is be in the experience, and preferably be in the experience as ourselves!
All that we are witnessing and experiencing these days are part of a change that many traditions have known is coming. The Human Design System has put it into the most precise words that I have come across so far. Human Design calls it the shift of the global frequency or the background frequency of 2027. And no, this shift will not happen from one day to the next, it has been underway for a long time and on January 22nd we have entered into the last 7-year-cycle before 2027. 7-year-cycles mark our developmental process. So many things evolve in these 7-year-cycles and we always refer to the deconditioning period as the 7 years of deconditioning. This is the time that it takes your body to change out his cellular structure so that you have come back to your true Self and your frequency has changed and you can really begin to meet the world as yourself.
If you have already been through your so-called deconditioning process and followed your strategy and honored your inner authority for at least 7 years, this change does not phase you as much as anyone who has just entered this phase or who has not entered into their deconditioning process at all. As long as the mind has the upper hand and the body and therefore life itself is not trusted, fear can creep in easily and disrupt your plans. When you learn to flow with life, you may have plans or not, you know everything can change at any moment and life will provide what is there for you.
DIFFERENTIATE BETWEEN THE DIFFERENT KINDS OF FEAR
It is necessary to be able to discern between the natural and healthy fear of the body rooted in splenic awareness that knows when there is a real threat that will lead to some form of immediate action: fight, flight, or freeze, depending on the circumstances. BUT there are no thoughts involved! It happens! Thoughts can set in later and created confusion. Anytime there are thoughts you know this is not the natural fear. It is very helpful in this time to become aware of these differences because there are a few other forms of fear. There is also mental fear (rooted in the Ajna Center), so-called anxiety, and emotional nervousness (associated with the Solarplexus Center). If you have any of those three areas, the spleen, the Ajna or the Solarplexus defined you know these thematics are consistent for you. In case you find yourself open in any of those centers you may experiences these thematics amplified and it is necessary to become aware that it is simply something you perceive and it has nothing to do with you.
Fearful thoughts can change our emotional and physical chemistry and even mimic the fight or flight response within the body. Unless you are dealing with a case of severe trauma with a complete shutdown of even the thought process, you can always notice that certain mental patterns trigger a cascade of uncomfortable feelings and create tension and unease that in turn will create an unhealthy push to action in order to get rid of something you have generated yourself.
Fear is the building block of awareness and is meant to further our consciousness. Instead of confronting, investigating and gaining deeper insights into what they fear, most people are simply blocking the flow of life and try to push themselves into action that their body does not support in an attempt to keep themselves safe and avoid pain and suffering. The big problem is when you avoid one thing, you block the complete flow of life and you cannot feel the positive things either. If you run away from pain and uncomfortableness, your capacity to experience joy is also diminished.
THE MIND CANNOT KEEP YOU SAFE!
The mind is built to measure and watch what is happening in your life so you can share what you have seen with others. Your mind is not built to keep you safe! Would you chose the frail and dainty butterfly to be your security guard if you can have a strong and capable wolf? Giving the job of keeping you safe back to your body will actually keep you safe and healthy (and yes, sometimes we need the flu to upgrade our immune system. We allow our computer the time out to upgrade their software and most of the time our bodies are not allowed to rest and relax in a manner that is healthy for them so they are able to adjust to the changes that any stage in life brings.) Our experience itself is within the physical realm of our bodies.
Breathing deeply, relaxing, learning to listen what your body needs in the moment, and beginning to be present (relaxed with what is and breathing) in whatever experience you are having will make your personal experience and what you see happening in this global transition simply part of your life experience. It can be free of drama, free of mental anxiety, and free of emotional turmoil, and your body can be safe if you listen to it and honor what it tells you! Life will still be life so if you yourself carry emotional definition you will still experience emotions, nervousness and so on because this is how you process life. If you carry mental definition your mind will still work the way it does and yet your mind and your thoughts are not for you, they are here to inspire and stimulate the other. Your splenic awareness will let you know what is healthy for you and what is not if you listen to your defined spleen. With an undefined spleen or any other than splenic authority listen to your authority, no matter what it is, it will lead you in the direction that is meant for you!
These past weeks I have seen a lot of different things happening. I have seen fear and emotional drama overtake people and I have seen the beauty of love and true connection do their magic. Telepathic communication (for lack of better words) has been more present and even if we are not connecting physically, not even through the virtual realm or telecommunication, the flow of information is much faster and more direct.
THE UNSEEN BECOMES SEEN
As positive as I see the world most of the time, I also like to let people know where the challenges and the pitfalls can be so you can be prepared. Anyone who has things, people, relationships, commitments, and so on in their life that have not been created in resonance to their true nature, can experience major problems in those respective areas. Anything repressed will show up. The things that cannot be seen, but felt or perceived, become more tangible now. The truth is coming to the surface and all the lies become transparent so we are enabled to decide which path is for us. The one that is based on truth (where you live out your true nature) or the one where we try to live out a lie, the lie of trying to be someone that we are not built to be.
This global change is meant to disrupt the old patterns, especially those that we have created in the last 400 years, so we have a clean slate and have the space and openness to allow the new frequency to establish itself. Life is all about consciousness. We are all evolving in order for our collective consciousness to expand. No matter where you find yourself, completely relaxed watching the change, completely freaked out because you do not understand what is happening, somewhere in between, just breathe. It is all okay! It is time to relax and breathe so we can decide from an inner calmness what action is necessary (or not). Listen to your body´s inner authority! If you do not know what that is, there are many well-versed Human Design professionals out there that are living their own design and open to encourage this exploration of true inner authority, true stability, and authenticity for you! Follow what and who resonates with you… we have this wonderful information available now!
The people I recommend here are all people I know personally and all of them live out their design and thereby put Human Design into practice. And please always remember all of this is all merely a transition in our global evolutionary process and we have not been trained to be present in transitions (unless we have completely integrated the vinyasa yoga practice into our daily lives – meaning flowing from one moment to the next without interrupting the breath or stagnating), we have not been trained to stay connected to our bodies while we experience something challenging, something new, something unknown. The key is always the breath! So please breathe and notice what is happening, notice your body´s sensations (especially the highly sensitive people among us feel it all and most of it is not even their own, they read the collective mind, noticing a lot of mental anxiety, the feel the emotional turmoil that these changes are creating because when nothing is under control it will bring up anything that has not been confronted before, all the old traumas and fears) and relax as much as is possible! Give your body what it needs, rest, recharge! Love yourself to the best of your abilities at this moment in time!

Our collective direction is love, and where there is love, there is no fear, there may be a splenic reaction ;-). A splenic hit is always in the moment and when that moment is over and the body goes back to being relaxed. Horses are the best example for that, they graze calmly and relaxed until something changes in the wind, and the herd spooks and when the threat is over they immediately go back to calmness and grazing.
Be yourself! Love yourself! You are precious! You have a very specific role here and you can be found by it when you all the intelligence of life to take over and relax into your body! The body knows what is best! The body knows what is healthy! The body knows what is correct! This time can be experienced as pure magic when you are yourself!
